For conferences, exhibitions, and the teams that run them
The technology partner for your conferences and events.
An app your attendees actually open, and one dashboard that runs the ticketing, the programme, the door and the messages off one list. Built and run by the people who stand next to you at the door on the day.
The app and the dashboard, shown with a sample conference.
How a conference runs on one system
One surface at a time, each with a page of its own. The dashboard runs it, the app carries it, and the same list sits underneath all of them.
Ticketing
Tickets sold from your own page, paid into your own account
Tiers and sessions early bird, standard and VIP, each admitting the sessions you choose.
Paid into your own Stripe account in the major currencies, as each order lands. No payout day.
Deposits and discount codes hold a seat with a deposit; run a code for the people you want in the room.
Apple Wallet passes in your colours, with the same QR as the app and the email.
Schedule
A multi-track schedule in every attendee’s app
Tracks, rooms and days on one grid, edited a day at a time, filtered the same way in the app.
Speakers and sessions linked move a speaker and every session they are in moves with them.
A change that finds the room move a session and the people in it are told, in the app and by email.
Sessions that clash the attendee is asked to choose, and My Day is what they chose.
Check-in
A door that checks the tier, the session and the balance
One QR per attendee in the app, the email and their Wallet; scanned once per session by any phone on the event.
Door codes for venue staff open the scanner and show nothing else; rotate one and everyone on it is signed out.
The tier, the session and the balance checked on every scan, against the list you sold from.
Check-in by name from the Attendees tab when a phone is dead, and every scanner sees it.
Attendees
Who is going, who they met, and every message to them
Who else is going the attendee list in the app, with names, roles and photos, as tickets are claimed.
Connections that outlive the event a request, an accept, and a list of the people they met.
Email and SMS in your brand sent from the dashboard to the people who have a ticket, delivery traced per person.
Tracked links for the late surge one link per channel, so four weeks out you know which post is selling.
Every message to the room, from the list the door checks
Email and SMS in your brand, sent from the dashboard to the people who have a ticket, with delivery traced per person. The room moved, the doors open early, the photos are up: it reaches everyone who is there.
The dashboard
See how your event is doing, as it runs
Overview tickets sold, revenue, check-ins and the programme, on one page as the day runs.
Attendees filter, check in, export; the same list the door and the app read from.
One account, every event the flagship and the twelve nights around it, one roster, yours to export.
The ticket is the door key
In the app, in the confirmation email and in their Wallet: the same QR everywhere it lives, so whichever one they hold up, the door reads it the same.
Frequently asked questions
Anything we have not answered, ask us. We set every organisation up ourselves, so the answer is usually “yes, we’ll build that for you”.
Everything, with you. Our team loads your programme, speakers and ticket tiers, builds your event website to your brief and puts every email in your brand. On Enterprise, your attendees download your own app from the App Store, under your name and your icon.
No. Every ticket works in the browser, in the confirmation email and in Apple Wallet, and scans the same at the door. The app is where your programme, your speakers and who's going live, so it is the reason they keep your event on their phone after the day.
Yours. Every order is charged directly on your own Stripe account as it sells, so there is no payout day and nothing of yours sitting with us. Deposits, discount codes and refunds all run from your dashboard.
Confexio is priced per event or per year, depending on how many you run, and agreed with you on a call. Stripe's processing fee applies to each paid order, because the charge runs on your own account. The pricing page shows the shapes, and a demo gets you your number.
Yours. Your organisation's records are fenced off at the database level, and your attendee list exports to CSV from the dashboard whenever you want it. If it needs to land in a system you already run, we build that export with you.
Book a demo and tell us about your event. We set up your organisation ourselves, connect your Stripe account and load your programme and brand, and for a conference one of our founders is with you on the day.
Yes, and you don't do the moving. We bring your tiers, your attendee list and your speakers across for you, so the day you switch, everything is already in place and your buyers see your brand, not a migration.
It is built for one. Days, rooms and tracks sit in one schedule that every attendee carries in the app, current to the minute because it is the same record you edit. Speakers get their own pages, linked from every session they run.
Any phone on your team becomes a scanner, venue staff get a code that opens the door and nothing else, and the count at the door is the count in your dashboard. For a conference, one of our founders is there with you.
Email and SMS in your brand, sent from the dashboard to everyone with a ticket, with delivery traced person by person. The room moved, the doors open early, the photos are up: it reaches everyone who is there.
Yes. Your list exports whenever you want it, and where your CRM, your accounting or your badge printer needs something specific, we build that connection with you as part of the setup.
No. Teams that run regular events run every meetup, dinner and summit of their year on one account, with the same app, the same list and the same people carried from one event to the next.
As long as it takes you to send us what you have. Your programme, your speakers, your tiers and your brand: we load them, you review them, and your event goes on sale looking finished.
The people who build it. You get a direct line to our team, not a ticket queue, and when you need something the product doesn't do yet, we build it with you.
The one your attendees pay in, one per event, set when you set the tiers. It does not have to match the currency you are paid out in; where the two differ, the buyer sees the conversion at checkout.
Yes. The scanner keeps checking people in when the signal drops at the door, and every scan syncs to the live list as soon as the phone is back online. Your queue keeps moving either way.
